  2. Your call credit will be upgraded immediately!
How long is my calling credit valid?

Your call credit remains valid for 6 months, provided you top up, make or receive calls at least once every 6 months. If you do not comply with this, you have another 1 month to top up your call credit. After this 7-month period, your call credit becomes invalid and you will lose your number and remaining credit. It is then no longer possible to get your SIM card and credit back.

How can I request my balance?

To find out the amount and validity of your call credit, you can use the following methods:

Option 1:

Call *101# or 106# and press the call key.
KPN will immediately send the current amount of your KPN call credit to you.

Option 2:

Call the toll-free service number 1244.
Follow the voice instructions to check your call credit.

Option 3:

Send a text message with the word "SALDO" to the toll-free service number 1244.
You will then receive a text message containing information about your KPN call credit.

How can I top up abroad?

Upgrade from abroad

  1. If you are abroad, call the service number 1244.
  2. Follow the voice instruction and press 9 to top up.
  3. Your KPN calling credit is now recharged.
