How long is my calling credit valid?

Lebara call credit is immediately available after top-up and has unlimited validity. You do need to top up, call, text and/or consume data once every 90 days. After top-up, you call 30 days for free to other Lebara numbers (maximum 5,000 minutes). Click here for the general conditions.

How can I request my balance?

To do this key in *100# on your mobile and press the dial key. Within seconds, your display will show the current balance of your credit. You can also check your credit by calling the top-up number 1244 and choosing option 1.
