Your data bundle is valid for a period of 30 days, starting from the time of purchase or top-up. After this period, the bundle ends automatically.

How can I request my balance?

To check how much data you have left, follow these steps:

Send an SMS with the word "DATA" to the number 8800 from your Lebara phone.
After sending the SMS, you can view your current data usage and the amount of data remaining in your bundle.
