How can I top up?

Option 1:

Call toll-free to 1244.
Follow the instructions in the voice menu and key 2.
Enter the code and close with #.

Option 2:

Key *101*upgrade code# (replace “upgrade code” with the code you received from us).
Press the call button.

How long is my calling credit valid?

Your credit is valid indefinitely as long as you top up, make a call, send a text message and/or use data once every 90 days. This means you can keep your credit without it expiring as long as you use your Lebara One SIM card regularly.

How can I request my balance?

Request call credit *100#
