How long is my calling credit valid?

Your credit remains valid for 6 months, provided you top up at least ééonce every 6 months and make or receive calls at least once every 3 months. If you do not comply with this, you have another 1 month to top up your call credit. After this 7-month period, your call credit will become invalid and you will lose your number and the remaining credit. It is then no longer possible to get your SIM card and credit back.

How can I request my balance?

Call 1244 and follow the instructions to find out how much credit you have.

How can I top up abroad?

You can top up your Lycamobile call credit while abroad by calling 0032499951966 and following the top-up instructions. You will then receive confirmation of the top-up and your current call credit.
