How long is my calling credit valid?

Your credit remains valid for 6 months, provided you top up at least ééonce every 6 months and make or receive calls at least once every 3 months. After this 7-month period, your call credit will become invalid and you will lose your number and the remaining credit. It is then no longer possible to get your SIM card and credit back.
