How can I top up?

To top up your call credit:

You can top up your Vodafone call credit in two ways:

Option 1:

Call 1200 from your mobile phone
Choose 'Top up via top-up voucher' from the menu.
Your Vodafone call credit is now topped up

Option 2:

Enter *102*upgrade code# on your phone
Then press the send or call button
Your Vodafone credit is now topped up

How long is my calling credit valid?

Your call credit remains valid for 6 months, provided you top up at least once every 6 months and make or receive calls at least once every 3 months. If you do not comply with this, you have another 1 month to top up your call credit. After this 7-month period, your call credit will become invalid and you will lose your number and the remaining credit. It is then no longer possible to get your SIM card and credit back.

How can I request my balance?

To find out the amount and validity of your credit, you can use the following methods:

Dial *101# and then press the send or call key.
The current amount of your Telesur credit will then automatically appear on your mobile phone's screen.
