TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PSN VOUCHER CODES

1. This voucher code ('voucher code') is issued by Sony Interactive Entertainment Network Europe Limited at 10 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7LP,
   United Kingdom (Trade Register number 06020283) ('we', 'us', 'our'). When we refer to 'your, you', 'you, or your', we mean the recipient of the voucher code.
2. To redeem a voucher code, you must have the following:

2.1. access to PlayStation Store (via a supported PlayStation™ console, the PlayStation™ app or the internet);

2.2. an account for PlayStation™Network ('PSN') registered in the country to which the voucher code relates; and

2.3. an internet connection (e.g. broadband, Wi-Fi or mobile internet, depending on your device).

3. To open an account for PSN, you must be at least 7 years old and agree to the following:

3.1. PSN's terms of service;

3.2. these voucher code terms and conditions;

3.3. the Privacy Policy; and

3.4. the terms for software use.

Together we refer to these as the 'Terms'. Copies of the full Terms are available at www.playstation.com/legal/PSNTerms.

4. If you are under 18, one of your parents or a guardian ('responsible adult') must:

4.1. open his/her own account for PSN;

4.2. read and accept the terms and conditions for you; and

4.3. create an account for a minor family member for you.

If you have an account for a minor family member or if you are the responsible adult with responsibility for an account for a minor family member, the responsible adult must give consent before this voucher code can be redeemed.

5. Voucher codes can only be redeemed with us and only at PlayStation Store. These conditions for voucher codes do not apply to codes redeemable at the PlayStation Direct Store.
6. Voucher codes are country-specific (unless otherwise stated on the voucher code). This means they can only be redeemed on PSN accounts that match the country or region for which the voucher code was issued. You should bear this in mind if you plan to give a voucher code as a gift to someone in another country.
7. Voucher codes can only be used once and will not be replaced if they are lost, damaged after purchase, stolen or otherwise used without your permission.
8. If we have evidence that a voucher code has been fraudulently obtained and used on PSN, we may:

8.1. permanently or temporarily suspend the relevant accounts for PSN;

8.2. request payment by other means; and/or

8.3. take the various actions outlined in PSN's terms of service.

9. Certain content/services available via voucher codes may be subject to specific additional restrictions, such as age and usage restrictions, including the Terms of Service for software use. Responsible adults should ensure that children do not redeem vouchers that allow them to access content of a higher age rating than their own. Additional regional restrictions may apply.
10. If voucher codes are made available in connection with an offer, complaints regarding the offer should be directed in the first instance to the organiser of the offer.
