How can I redeem my code?

To redeem a Gift Card, you must enter the code on the back of the Gift Card at twitch.tv. You will need internet access (separate charges may apply). After entering the code on the back of the Gift Card, the full value assigned to the Gift Card will be added to your Gift Card balance, which you can manage via your Twitch Wallet. Your Gift Card balance shows the remaining amount added to your Twitch Wallet but not yet used to buy anything. Log in to your account and go to your account drop-down menu to view your Gift Card balance. You must have a valid Twitch account to redeem a Gift Card. Purchases will be funded from your Gift Card balance. If a purchase is too expensive to fund with your Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid via another payment method.

Does my card have an expiration date?

The Twitch gift card does not expire.

Twitch reserves the right to require additional verification regarding your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or additional payment method, before you add a Gift Card to your Twitch Wallet or use your Gift Card balance for a purchase. Gift Cards and their associated values do not expire. There are no fees associated with Gift Cards. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice at any time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining general terms and conditions.
