How can I request my balance?

You can find your PCS balance in the app and on the website.

You can also request it by text message. To request your balance by SMS, send an SMS with Solde followed by the last four digits of your PCS MasterCard to the following numbers:

0601787878 (BLACK PCS)
0757575555 (PCS CHROME)
0750090000 (PCS INFINITY)
You will then be sent a text message with your current balance.

How can I redeem my code?

You can use your PCS voucher to top up your Carte PCS MasterCard.

The PCS MasterCard can be used for all your MasterCard payments.

You can top up your Carte PCS online, in the app, or by text message:

Online:

Visit the PCS website
Go to Dashboard, Recharger ma carte, and enter your code.
Click Envoyer to top up.

App:

Go to the PCS App
Log in
Click on'Recharger' and select'Coupon'
Then enter your code

SMS:

Send RECH followed by a space, the 10-number recharge code and the last 4 digits of your PCS MasterCard to one of the following numbers:

0601787878 (BLACK PCS)
0757575555 (PCS CHROME)
0750090000 (PCS INFINITY) Once you have followed these steps, your PCS Mastercard has been recharged.

Does my card have an expiration date?

Your Carte PCS code is valid for one year.

Note: For this product, you must already own a My PCS account and a PCS card!
