Paysafecard Flex

Although your paysafecard balance remains valid indefinitely, a monthly service fee of €3 applies to the remaining balance after 30 days, unless you have a myPaysafe account. To avoid this fee, load the code onto your paysafecard account within 30 days. Once the code is redeemed into a paysafe account, you can use the balance for 12 months at no cost. However, from the 13th month, monthly inactivity fees of €5 will be charged to your account. So make sure you use the balance within a year.

Please note:This fee change does not apply to users in Germany, the United States and Canada.

Use the online balance checker to retrieve your paysafe balance by entering the code. You can also check your balance in the app for iOS or Android.
